Technical Services Engineer

POSITION SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
In this role, you will be a key member of the Customer Success Outreach team, reporting to the VP of Solution Delivery. The core of the role is to drive customer satisfaction by providing the highest quality technical assistance to our customers with their point of care state reporting needs. You will assist customers in troubleshooting complicated technical issues along with developing and maintaining web-based and mobile workflows.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Though we are looking for some specific skills – as noted in the list below – who you are is more important to us than what you know. Attitude, values and raw talent are as important as specific experience. Non-negotiable competencies include openness, team approach, and a strong focus on quality. It is not necessary to have prior experience in healthcare or a deep knowledge of point of care testing. You will gain extensive knowledge in both areas on the job.
● Support ImageMover customers through implementation and maintenance activities
● Develop and maintain web-based and mobile workflows, primarily written in JSON, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
● Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with the ImageMover Mobile Application, ImageMover Web Portal, or other systems into which we are integrated
● Test software features and bug fixes
● Document technical knowledge in the form of technical notes and guides
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
● Education – Minimum - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
● Experience – 2+ years in a customer-facing/service role
● Specialized Skills
● Excellent understanding of computer systems and mobile devices
● Understanding of HIPAA or experience working in environments requiring protection of PHI and/or PII
● Experience using Github
● Experience using AWS products such as S3, DynamoDB and Cloudwatch
● Development experience, formal or recreational particularly web technologies (JSON, JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
